摘 要
本论文聚焦于自动滴定装置及其检测单元设计,首先剖析了国内塑料模具行业的发展现状,凸显其在社会发展中的关键作用,同时介绍了模具加工的现代手段及整体设计加工流程。重点围绕自动滴定装置展开,详细阐述其设计过程:对产品样品进行初步分析、测量并绘制零件图;利用PRO/E软件进行实体造型;分析产品并确定成型方案与模具结构;确定分型面并绘制模具装配图;选定模具中标准件及非标准件的尺寸;对非标准件进行计算并绘制二维图。此外,还阐述了自动滴定装置检测单元的设计,包括主模块框架构建中微处理器资源的合理分配与使用,以及从站各模块软件设计。

Abstract
This thesis focuses on the design of an automatic titration device and its detection unit. Firstly, it analyzes the current development status of the domestic plastic mold industry, highlighting its crucial role in social development. Meanwhile, it introduces modern methods of mold processing and the overall mold design and processing flow. The emphasis is placed on the automatic titration device, with a detailed description of its design process: conducting a preliminary analysis of the product sample, measuring it, and drafting the part drawing; creating a solid model using PRO/E software; analyzing the product and determining the molding scheme and mold structure; selecting the parting surface and drafting the mold assembly drawing; choosing the dimensions of standard and non-standard parts in the mold; calculating non-standard parts and drawing their two-dimensional diagrams. Additionally, it elaborates on the design of the detection unit of the automatic titration device, including the rational allocation and utilization of microprocessor resources in the construction of the main module framework and the software design of various sub-station modules.

ABSTRACT
This thesis has discussed the condition of the development of the inside gadget trade of the present mould designing in China at first, expound the important function of the plastic mould for the develoption of the inside gadget trade of the community. And then has discussed some advanced methods of the production of the mould, and the whole process of the mold design and the process of the production of the mold. The whole course of the design of the three-dimensional model and the mold design are emphasized.
With the development of the computer and process technolgy, the modern methods and the opinions of the mould design have already changed greatly, developed to the ration from the experience in the past. There are particular design procedure of this text. Analyse the showpiece, and measure it, and then drafting. Making sure the plane of the molding of the product and the structure of the mold. Designing the core and the cavity, and drafted theassembly. Selecting the dimensions of the die carrier and the part of the mould. Drawing the blueprint of two-dinentionally of the parts.
